Di tiket tertulis makanan prasmanan, namun yang diberikan hanya nasi kotak dengan kondisi nasi kering saat di Ketapang.

Bus dalam kondisi baik dengan mesin tidak berisik karena sudah menggunakan airsuspension. Penumpang mendapat dua kali makan dan snack, AC dingin. Berangkat dari Sesetan pukul 07.15, transit di Gunung Harta Cokroaminoto, lalu melanjutkan perjalanan pukul 08.10 dan tiba di Bogor sekitar pukul 07.50 pagi.

Bus datang terlambat satu setengah jam, sering keluar masuk tol untuk mengambil barang titipan sehingga perjalanan menjadi lama. Bus juga terlalu lama berhenti di rumah makan, estimasi tiba seharusnya pukul 10 pagi namun baru sampai pukul 8 malam sehingga banyak waktu terbuang.

Pertama kali naik bus sleeper terasa sangat nyaman, perjalanan Bali–Bandung sekitar 25 jam tidak terasa melelahkan sama sekali.

Bus terlambat berangkat dari jadwal pukul 15.45 menjadi 16.20. Perjalanan keluar masuk tol untuk menjemput penumpang membuat jadwal tiba di Mengwi mundur dari 14.40 WITA menjadi 21.00 WITA.

Penumpang memilih turun di GH Tabanan Bali, tetapi diturunkan di lampu merah dekat Terminal Kediri. Supir juga menaikkan dua penumpang tanpa kursi di depan dekat supir.

Perjalanan dengan Gunung Harta dari Poris menuju Singaraja terasa nyaman meski tidak mendapat kursi sleeper, kursi eksekutif tetap terasa nyaman. Berangkat tanggal 24 Juni dari terminal Poris dan sempat tertahan di pelabuhan Ketapang selama 2 jam. Perjalanan tetap lancar meski sedikit terlambat karena kondisi jalan. Untuk perjalanan berikutnya akan mencoba kelas sleeper yang selalu menjadi favorit.

Sopir dan kondektur terlalu sering merokok sehingga asap masuk ke dalam bus meskipun jendela dibuka. Hal ini membuat perjalanan tidak nyaman.
