Kursi tegak terasa tidak nyaman karena tidak bisa meregangkan kaki. Toilet berbau tidak sedap sehingga penumpang di belakang terganggu oleh bau menyengat.

Perjalanan Blitar-Bandung dijadwalkan berangkat pukul 09.00 dan tiba pukul 18.30, namun berangkat pukul 09.30 dan baru tiba pukul 04.25 keesokan harinya. Makan siang dilakukan pukul 17.00 dan tidak mendapat makan malam sehingga kupon tidak terpakai.
