Tiket tertera jam 5 namun bus baru berangkat jam 7. Di dalam bus ada kecoa dan kondisi bus terasa ringkih saat perjalanan menuju Palembang yang memakan waktu 14 jam.

Bus terlalu banyak berhenti karena penumpang tidak resmi, sopir dan kenek merokok di dalam bus. Perjalanan Jakarta-Palembang hampir 18 jam, lebih baik mencari bus lain.

Bus sangat tidak nyaman dan saya tidak akan menggunakan layanan ini lagi. AC mengalami kebocoran, penumpang diperbolehkan merokok, tubuh terasa gatal karena kutu, tidak ada fasilitas makan gratis, serta keberangkatan terlambat hampir 2 jam dan kedatangan terlambat hingga 6 jam.
