Bus mengalami keterlambatan keberangkatan hingga 2 jam tanpa adanya konfirmasi sebelumnya sehingga penumpang harus menunggu.

Kemarin mendapat harga murah, secara keseluruhan bus nyaman dan perjalanan cepat. Namun staf bus perlu disosialisasikan mengenai penumpang dengan pemesanan online. Saya sempat dioper ke sana kemari karena banyak yang tidak paham, bahkan saat menunjukkan e-ticket kondektur terlihat kesal dan meminta untuk dicek lagi di terminal, meski akhirnya dibilang tidak apa-apa. Jam keberangkatan juga membingungkan karena saya naik sekitar 10 menit lebih cepat dari jadwal aplikasi.
