Penjemputan terlambat lebih dari 5 jam. Selama perjalanan tidak mendapat makan dan minum, bahkan harus antre isi solar hingga 1 jam. Sangat mengecewakan, apalagi sudah ada rating buruk tetapi tetap saya pilih Sari Harum

Busnya cukup baik, AC terasa dingin dan kursi empuk. Namun posisi kaki kurang nyaman karena jarak antar kursi terlalu dekat. Ada hewan masuk ke area penumpang sehingga menimbulkan bau, sebaiknya jika ada layanan membawa hewan ditempatkan di area khusus agar tidak mengganggu penumpang lain.
