Keberangkatan sangat terlambat, mundur hingga 5 jam dari jadwal. Informasi dari petugas tidak memuaskan. Bus tidak berhenti di rest area sehingga toilet berbau, kondisi bus mulai usang, perjalanan memakan waktu lebih dari 17 jam, dan makanan nasi box baru diberikan malam hari.
