Waktu tiba jauh lebih lama daripada waktu estimasi tiba. Sebelumnya saya sudah pernah naik sari harum dan estimasinya sesuai dengan aplikasi 13:00-06:00, ulasan ini diketik saat 9:00 dan saya belum juga tiba. Tidak ada colokan listrik.

Suhu udara di dalam bus cukup sejuk, walaupun fasilitas kursi terhitung standar. Sayangnya, tidak ada sekat pemisah antara ruang kemudi dan kabin penumpang sehingga asap rokok pengemudi mengganggu kenyamanan. Waktu keberangkatan juga mundur satu jam dari jadwal. Ditambah lagi, bus sering berhenti untuk mencari penumpang tambahan, mendistribusikan paket, serta berulang kali mengisi bahan bakar. Penumpang juga menyayangkan adanya biaya tambahan saat berada di area eksekutif kapal penyeberangan.
