Fasilitas bantal terasa keras dan kursi penumpang kurang nyaman sehingga menyebabkan punggung pegal, khususnya bagi penumpang lanjut usia. Selain itu, jadwal kedatangan armada mengalami keterlambatan yang cukup lama dari jam dua siang menjadi jam delapan malam. Pihak agen di kota asal juga kurang profesional karena baru memberikan informasi satu jam sebelum keberangkatan, padahal posisi saya sudah di perjalanan dan terpaksa harus bolak balik dua kali.

Saya membayar 620.000 untuk kursi kelas "Eksekutif", namun bus terlambat dan baru berangkat pukul 2 pagi. Sopirnya merokok di dalam bus dan terus-menerus meneriakkan kata-kata kasar—memaki dengan sebutan nama hewan dan alat kelamin apa pun yang bisa dibayangkan—serta membuat keributan besar. Pedagang asongan dan pengamen terus-menerus masuk ke dalam bus; sungguh menjengkelkan. Pintu toilet tidak bisa ditutup, kursinya tidak nyaman, dan sama sekali tidak sepadan dengan harganya—seharusnya saya naik kelas Ekonomi saja. Saya bahkan tidak mendapatkan camilan. Layanan "Eksekutif" macam apa ini? Ini benar-benar penipuan. Saya memilih perjalanan malam dan membayar kelas Eksekutif khusus agar bisa beristirahat, tetapi malah tertipu. Sebaiknya hindari operator bus ini (PO San)—khususnya bus bernomor polisi BM 7203 TU—agar Anda tidak ikut tertipu. Jadwal keberangkatannya pukul 11 malam, tetapi baru berangkat pukul 2 pagi karena mereka terlalu lama berhenti di berbagai tempat pemberhentian.
