Perjalanan aman dan nyaman, namun pengantaran terlambat. Seharusnya tiba pukul 07.30 tetapi baru sampai pukul 13.00 karena bus berjalan terlalu pelan di jalur lintas Sumatera.

Pelayanan penjemputan perlu diperbaiki. Penumpang diminta hadir satu jam sebelum keberangkatan, namun bus datang terlambat hingga pukul 15.15 sehingga merugikan waktu. Jika ada keterlambatan sebaiknya dikonfirmasi. Estimasi waktu perjalanan di aplikasi juga perlu dievaluasi agar sesuai dengan kenyataan.
