Keberangkatan tepat waktu dengan kursi cukup nyaman meski agak sulit untuk tidur. Jalan menuju Palembang banyak yang rusak dan sedang diperbaiki sehingga membuat bus terlambat masuk pool. Seharusnya tiba pukul 18.00 sesuai jadwal aplikasi, namun kenyataannya baru sampai pukul 21.30.

Saya melakukan perjalanan dengan bus Sedya Trans dari Bandar Lampung ke Palembang dan merasa sangat puas. Bus berangkat tepat waktu pukul 08.45, saya duduk di kursi dekat sopir dan langsung merasa nyaman. Sopir ramah serta membantu memasukkan barang ke bagasi tanpa diminta. Sekitar pukul 11.00 bus berhenti di Rest Area Mesuji untuk istirahat dan makan siang gratis dengan menu beragam dan lezat. Saya menikmati sambal goreng ati, ayam bakar, dan sayur daun ubi lengkap dengan minuman. Setelah 30 menit istirahat, perjalanan kembali lancar dan tiba di Palembang pukul 13.30 sesuai jadwal. Secara keseluruhan, perjalanan terasa nyaman, tepat waktu, dan pelayanan sangat baik. Kursi di bagian belakang terasa kurang nyaman karena guncangan sangat terasa, hingga membuat penumpang seperti terlempar-lempar. Saya menyarankan agar busa pada kursi belakang dibuat lebih tebal untuk meredam getaran. Dengan tarif sebesar Rp600.000, pengalaman ini terasa kurang sebanding, apalagi saya jadi tidak bisa tidur dan tiba di tujuan pun agak terlambat

Secara keseluruhan, sopir bus cukup baik, tapi perlu meningkatkan kesadaran akan etika berkendara dan menghargai pengguna jalan lain. Ada insiden saat keluar dari dermaga Merak, sopir memotong antrian dan menyerobot masuk ke jalur yang lebih kecil tanpa memperhatikan mobil lain yang sudah ada di jalur tersebut. Perilaku ini memicu kemarahan pengemudi lain dan hampir menyebabkan konflik. Sopir perlu dibina untuk lebih menghargai posisi dan hak pengguna jalan lain demi keselamatan dan kenyamanan bersama
