Saya baru pertama kali menggunakan Adhi Prima. Seharusnya bus berangkat dari Palembang pukul 11.00, tetapi baru tiba di loket pukul 12.30. Estimasi tiba di Jakarta adalah pukul 03.00, namun kenyataannya baru sampai pukul 05.30. Selain itu, saya seharusnya turun di Terminal Kampung Rambutan karena jemputan sudah menunggu di sana. Namun sopir tetap menurunkan saya di pinggir jalan dengan alasan “kami mau lewat tol.” Hal ini sangat merugikan dan tidak sesuai dengan informasi maupun harapan saya sebagai penumpang.

AC di dalam bus tidak berfungsi dengan baik sehingga tidak terasa dingin. Televisi juga tidak menyala, sementara kondisi bus menimbulkan bau mesin dan bau toilet. Selain itu, tidak tersedia sandal pengganti di dalam bus. Dengan harga tiket yang cukup tinggi, kenyamanan yang diberikan sangat kurang dan tidak sesuai dengan ekspektasi.
