Penjemputan menunggu lama hingga 3 jam baru bus datang. Snack hanya diletakkan di kursi belakang tanpa dibagikan, sehingga terasa kacau dan mengecewakan.

Interior bus bagus, staf ramah, dan sopir baik. Namun tirai berbau sehingga perlu dicuci, AC agak panas, dan colokan charger tidak berfungsi. Aplikasi sebaiknya ditingkatkan agar penumpang bisa mengetahui apakah kursi di sebelahnya ditempati laki-laki atau perempuan.

Penjemputan di Caringin tidak tersedia meskipun ada pilihan di aplikasi, penumpang diminta mengejar bus ke Cicaheum. Nomor kru atau sopir yang tercantum di tiket tidak berguna karena tidak ada komunikasi. Setelah ditelepon pun tetap ditinggalkan tanpa pemberitahuan. Kedatangan juga tidak sesuai jadwal, terlambat 2,5 jam. Hal ini perlu diperbaiki.
