“Pengalaman perjalanan sangat buruk. Rute tidak jelas, kursi dan bus sering ditukar, bahkan rute terasa bolak-balik. Kernet asal-asalan memberi tempat duduk sehingga terlihat kurang profesional. Saat pengambilan tiket, petugas meminta datang pukul 08.00 padahal jadwal asli 08.45, dan informasi baru diberikan malam sebelum keberangkatan.
