“Pengalaman perjalanan sangat buruk. Rute tidak jelas, kursi dan bus sering ditukar, bahkan rute terasa bolak-balik. Kernet asal-asalan memberi tempat duduk sehingga terlihat kurang profesional. Saat pengambilan tiket, petugas meminta datang pukul 08.00 padahal jadwal asli 08.45, dan informasi baru diberikan malam sebelum keberangkatan. Mereka juga mendesak saya masuk bus padahal barang belum masuk bagasi. Inilah pengalaman terburuk saya naik bus.

Penjemputan bus molor berjam-jam, unit yang datang adalah bus lama, tempat duduk tidak sesuai nomor kursi, AC tidak merata dinginnya. Di tol Lampung bus rusak dan tidak bisa diperbaiki selama lebih dari 6 jam, kemudian diganti unit lain yang juga sering rusak di daerah Banyuasin. Mohon menjadi catatan dan evaluasi bagi pihak Gumarang Jaya.
