Saat perjalanan pergi, akses menuju toilet cukup sulit karena terhalang penumpang yang tidur di dekat pintu toilet. Namun secara keseluruhan bus bersih, wangi, rapi, dan memberikan pengalaman perjalanan yang baik.

Penjemputan terlambat hingga 5 jam dari estimasi aplikasi, namun driver dan kondektur sangat ramah dan mengantar sedekat mungkin ke tujuan. Kebersihan bus baik, hanya saja tidak ada makanan.
