Perjalanan tidak nyaman karena bus melewati jalur JLS, kondektur marah-marah, penjemputan di tiket tertera jam 7 malam tetapi baru dijemput jam 7 pagi keesokan harinya sehingga menunggu 15 jam tanpa kepastian. Titik jemput tidak sesuai, tidak ada snack, kursi berbeda dari tiket, bus kotor, dan dispenser air tidak diperhatikan.

Makanan tidak sesuai dengan yang tertera, seharusnya nasi ramen namun hanya diberikan cemilan. Selain itu, tiket kedua yang dibeli untuk kursi tambahan malah diisi penumpang lain.

Bus ini tidak sesuai dengan standar eksekutif. Kursi saya sempat ditempati penumpang lain dan selimut yang digunakan adalah bekas orang lain. Fasilitas hanya menyediakan makanan ringan, sedangkan di rest area penumpang harus membeli makanan dengan harga mahal. Meskipun bus full AC, sopir dan kondektur tetap merokok di dalam bus. Seharusnya dengan harga dan fasilitas yang ditawarkan, bus ini bisa menjadi nyaman jika staf lebih tertib dan tegas.
