Driver salah paham mengenai titik turun, saya minta diturunkan di mana seolah paham tapi salah belok akhirnya saya turun jauh dari titik yang sudah driver setujui di awal. Maksud saya sekedar memastikan ke penumpang lokasi persis titik turun apa salahnya? Saya juga akan terima jika SOPnya melarang driver merubah rute sedikit berbeda. Tapi karena dibolehkan saya pikir tidak ada masalah.

Pengemudi merokok sejak keberangkatan dari Jakarta. Meskipun tidak sepanjang perjalanan, tindakan tersebut dilakukan di awal saat menjemput penumpang. Selain itu, ada penumpang lain yang ikut merokok sambil duduk di bagian depan.

Dear Admin HRD Baraya Travel, saya mau usul sekaligus komplen, tolong supir yg berdinas hari : Jumat, 9 Oktober 2026 rute Kuningan - Surapati pukul 16.35 dari pool Tebet kasih Surat Peringatan / SP kepada supir tersebut, dikarenakan dia sangat tidak kompeten! sepanjang jalan dari tebet sampai exit toll pasteur bandung tidak berhenti TELFONAN ini sangat merugikan banyak pihak. akibatnya estimasi perjalanan menjadi sangat lama, membawa mobil sangat pelan sambil menelfon sepanjang jalan dan membahayakan keselamatan jika tidak segera ditinjak lanjuti, ini akan merugikan perusahaan anda. perusahaan sebesar baraya harus rusak karena ulah oknum supir seperti itu. kalo perlu tolong dipecat saja. lebih baik kehilangan 1 supir daripada nama baik perusahaan jelek. Tugasnya supir itu "mengantar penumpang", kalo merasa telfonnya lebih penting jangan jadi supir
