Saya merasa sangat menyesal telah menggunakan jasa bus KYM Trans dari Terminal Purabaya Bungurasih pada tanggal 27 Oktober lalu, dan ini menjadi pengalaman perjalanan paling buruk. Saya merasa kecewa dengan sikap pengemudi serta kru bus yang dirasa judes, tidak menyenangkan, serta galak. Sebagai penumpang yang membawa tiga anak usia sekolah dasar, tindakan para kru sangat melukai hati. Fasilitas kursi juga dinilai biasa saja dan membuat kaki terasa pegal. Kualitas perjalanan ini sangat mengecewakan dibanding pengalaman menggunakan transportasi lain.

Bus berangkat terlambat sekitar satu jam. Kondisi bus terasa berisik dan kurang stabil karena usia kendaraan yang sudah cukup lama. Asap rokok dari area kokpit mengganggu kenyamanan penumpang. Fasilitas kursi, bantal, selimut, dan AC cukup baik, sementara toilet perlu diperbarui. Makanan prasmanan dinilai enak dengan pilihan menu yang beragam.
