During our journey, we experienced an unfortunate incident where a window broke midway. As a result, we had to switch buses in the middle of the night. Although we were transferred to an executive bus, it was already full, making it difficult to rest or feel comfortable throughout the remainder of the trip. I hope future arrangements can ensure better contingency planning and passenger comfort during unexpected situations. Thank you.

The sleeper bus was clean and comfortable. Couple of kilometres before the city (way before the drop off point showed by the company when we booked the ticket) the bus stopped and a guy jumped on the bus telling us that was the last stop. He kept telling us the bus couldn't enter in the city after 6 am,but he was saying that only to us (foreign tourists) but not to all the local people that was still on the bus and didn't have to leave like us. It basically looked like an agreement between drivers and taxi operators from the city waiting there to drive tourists to the city.
