Asap rokok di dalam bus cukup mengganggu kenyamanan selama perjalanan dan berpotensi memengaruhi penumpang yang sensitif terhadap asap maupun memiliki gangguan pernapasan. Diharapkan operator dapat menerapkan aturan yang lebih tegas terkait larangan merokok serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan kesehatan penumpang selama perjalanan.

Keluhan mengenai keterlambatan kedatangan bus hingga 90 menit dari jadwal yang seharusnya pukul 13.15 di Terminal Leuwi Panjang. Selain itu, bus sering berhenti selama berjam,jam untuk memperbaiki AC yang rusak. Akibatnya, waktu tiba di tujuan sangat molor dan belum sampai hingga pukul 21.00, padahal jadwal aslinya pukul 17.00 di Sesetan. Tidak ada kompensasi berupa makanan atau camilan, serta tidak ada konfirmasi maupun permohonan maaf dari staf bus terkait kendala operasional tersebut.

Layanan bus dinilai tidak tepat waktu karena jadwal keberangkatan yang seharusnya pukul 18.00 WIB mundur hingga bus baru datang pukul 23.00 WIB. Keterlambatan parah ini merusak seluruh agenda kegiatan penumpang dan tidak ada kompensasi yang diberikan.
