Secara keseluruhan semua aspek operasional dinilai sudah baik. Kekurangan pada perjalanan kemarin hanya terletak pada fasilitas pengisi daya ponsel yang tidak bisa digunakan, namun selebihnya sudah sangat bagus karena kondisi bus nyaman dan cara mengemudi dari sopir juga terasa enak.

Pengemudi bus berhenti di tengah jalan untuk melakukan pengisian bahan bakar yang mengakibatkan perjalanan terhambat selama 30 menit, dan hal ini dirasa kurang profesional bagi penumpang.

Armada terlalu sering berhenti di tengah jalan sehingga waktu ketibaan mengalami keterlambatan hingga pukul dua dini hari, padahal jadwal pada rencana perjalanan tertera pukul dua puluh tiga. Fasilitas konsumsi gratis yang disediakan juga dirasa kurang berkualitas.

Untuk tarif perjalanan senilai 700 ribu rupiah bagi dua orang, kualitas menu hidangan yang disediakan di tempat makan perlu diperbaiki. Selain itu, aspek ketepatan waktu juga harus ditingkatkan karena bus mengalami keterlambatan kedatangan hingga hampir 2 jam.
