Bus dijadwalkan tiba pukul 04.00 pagi, namun kenyataannya baru sampai BSD pukul 09.00. Jalur perjalanan berputar-putar sehingga tidak efisien dan membuat penumpang telat ke kantor. Pengalaman ini sangat mengecewakan.
