Not even recommended this Agency, the schedule is on 12.30 at Sesetan, after arriving at Sesetan they said no bus here, need to go to Sutomo and no compensation, we drive by ourselves to go there, at last the bus moving at 3pm, such a terrible experience, NEVER RECOMMEND PO SETIAWAN ANYMORE

Saya senang naik PO Setiawan karena pelayanannya baik. Hanya saja di bagian belakang ada penumpang yang merokok sehingga tercium asap. Sebaiknya penumpang dilarang merokok di dalam bus.

Bus dijadwalkan berangkat dari Kediri pukul 12:00 namun baru tiba 13:30. Seharusnya sampai Denpasar pukul 05:00, tetapi baru tiba pukul 11:00 sehingga penumpang ketinggalan kapal dan kehilangan pekerjaan pada hari itu.
