Bus menaikkan penumpang di luar agen resmi sehingga menjadi sesak dan tidak sesuai kapasitas kursi. Perjalanan sering berhenti dan menjadi lama. Harga mahal tidak sesuai fasilitas, tidak diberi makan, kenyamanan terganggu.

Cukup mengecewakan, dua kali naik Putra Rafflesia selalu bermasalah dengan perawatan bus. Perjalanan terhambat 5-6 jam tanpa solusi atau armada pengganti. Pengalaman sangat buruk.

Buss terlambat tidak jadi masalah, masalah nya buss ngambil penumpang di pinggir jalan, padahal buss sudah terisi penuh sehinga di dalam buss berdesak desakan berdempet dempetan, di tambah lagi ngambil antaran barang sayuran, kursi lepas lepas, bus beberapa kali rusak di jalan
