Kondisi bus sangat buruk dan sudah tidak layak jalan. Bus beberapa kali mogok. Tidak direkomendasikan dan membuat kapok untuk menggunakan kembali.

Bus berangkat terlambat 2 jam, rusak 2 kali, sempat membantu bus lain dan mengambil penumpang di jalan. Perjalanan Padang-Jakarta ditempuh 48 jam, jauh lebih lama dari rata-rata.

Bus sering mogok dan beberapa fasilitas seperti port USB dan AC tidak berfungsi. Hanya sebagian penumpang yang mendapat fasilitas, sehingga pelayanan terasa kurang memadai.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan kondisi bus ini. Penjemputan terlambat, bus kotor, bantal dekil, AC tidak dingin, dan toilet buruk. Mesin bermasalah sehingga beberapa kali mati dan mundur, penumpang panik. Sopir harus memperbaiki sendiri, perjalanan sangat lama dan melelahkan. Tiba di tujuan jauh meleset dari jadwal. Tidak akan naik bus ini lagi.

Bus mengalami keterlambatan panjang, dari jadwal 18.45 menjadi berangkat pukul 20.15. Penumpang sudah menunggu sejak 17.30. Pelayanan staf kurang ramah dan pool kurang bersih. Perjalanan Jakarta-Malang yang seharusnya tiba pukul 05.15 baru sampai pukul 10.00. Selain itu bus tidak berhenti saat waktu subuh. Pengalaman ini membuat saya enggan menggunakan layanan ini lagi.
