Petugas kernet dinilai terlalu mencampuri urusan pribadi penumpang sehingga menimbulkan rasa kurang nyaman. Selain itu, terdapat serangga di area kursi yang menggigit sepanjang perjalanan.

Sepanjang perjalanan sopir merokok di bus ber-AC. Ruang merokok tidak kedap sehingga bus penuh asap rokok. Sangat tidak nyaman.
