Keberangkatan mundur satu jam dari jadwal, armada bus sudah tua dengan banyak bekas perbaikan. Penumpang meminta agar tidak merokok di dalam bus ber-AC karena sangat alergi asap rokok.

Estimasi waktu perjalanan tidak sesuai, penjemputan terlambat dari pukul 16.00 menjadi 17.30. Perkiraan tiba pukul 13.45, namun pukul 16.00 masih berada di Jawa Tengah. Lebih baik tidak memberikan estimasi jika tidak akurat.
