Pengemudi mengendarai bus dengan cara berbahaya hingga diklakson kendaraan lain karena terlalu mepet. Perjalanan terasa tidak nyaman karena badan penumpang terguncang. Saya tidak ingin menggunakan layanan ini lagi.

Di aplikasi tertera jadwal keberangkatan pukul 17.15, namun di tiket tercantum pukul 19.00. Seharusnya jadwal bisa disinkronkan agar penumpang tidak menunggu terlalu lama.
