Secara keseluruhan semua fasilitas sebenarnya sudah bagus. Namun, hidangan makanan yang pertama sangat tidak direkomendasikan karena rasanya terlalu asin, sementara untuk makanan yang kedua sudah oke dan mantap. Kondisi bagian dalam bus cukup bersih, tetapi sayangnya kain selimut yang disediakan terlalu tipis padahal suhu udara AC terasa sangat dingin saat malam hari. Selain itu, ada salah satu pengemudi yang kurang ramah dan terkesan jutek. Untuk tarif tiket seharga 850 ribu rupiah dengan kondisi pelayanan seperti ini, rasanya menjadi terlalu mahal.

Jadwal keberangkatan dari terminal Grogol seharusnya adalah jam 5, namun sebelum jam 5 bus ternyata sudah berangkat meninggalkan terminal. Akibatnya, ada penumpang yang tertinggal karena belum tiba di lokasi dan terpaksa harus mengejar armada bus yang sudah jalan duluan. Mohon untuk waktu yang akan datang agar jam keberangkatan bus dari terminal bisa disesuaikan dengan waktu yang tertera pada lembar tiket.

Saya naik dari Kampung Rambutan menggunakan unit bus berkode 45 VX. Waktu penjemputan penumpang sebenarnya dilakukan lebih awal dari jadwal semula, namun jam keberangkatan dari terminal Rambutan justru mundur selama satu jam, dan waktu tiba di lokasi tujuan mengalami keterlambatan hingga dua jam dari perkiraan awal. Saya berharap ke depannya kedatangan bisa lebih dipercepat.
