Saya tidak merekomendasikan untuk naik bus ini ketika weekend atau hari2 libur lainnya, karena bus ini lewat jalur selatan (tidak tol) maka pengalaman saya sebelumnya, bus ini memakan waktu 22 jam untuk tiba di tujuan akhir (cicaheum) dari terminal surabaya. Saya kapok dan tidak akan mengulanginya lagi

Kursi tidak kokoh dan jatuh ke belakang, kamar mandi tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan pintunya susah ditutup sehingga bau pesing masuk ke ruangan. Hal ini membuat perjalanan terasa tidak nyaman.

Pesan tiket online dengan fasilitas termasuk tempat cas HP, tetapi kursi banyak diberikan ke penumpang COD. Akhirnya harus menunggu lama dan duduk di kursi paling belakang tanpa fasilitas cas. Mohon diperbaiki karena pesan online jadi percuma.

Bus seharusnya berangkat pukul 3 namun baru berangkat pukul 4. Meski lewat tol penuh, tetap berhenti mengambil penumpang di Nganjuk. Akibatnya jadwal tiba molor dari 18.30 menjadi 19.30. Hal ini merugikan penumpang dan perlu evaluasi serta perbaikan.
