Pengalaman baru naik Miyor sleeper bus ke luar pulau terasa sangat nyaman. Dibandingkan dengan ANS sebelumnya, perjalanan dengan Miyor jauh lebih nyaman.

Pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan. Dari awal sudah tidak nyaman karena harus transit 2 kali dengan barang bawaan banyak. Kru tidak ramah, berbeda dengan bus di Jawa yang lebih sopan. Kru di Sumatra cenderung jutek dan memaksa, bahkan saat bus sudah penuh masih menaikkan penumpang di pinggir jalan hingga ditempatkan di dekat toilet. Kondisi ini sangat kacau. Semoga ada perubahan untuk PO ini.

Makanan gratis hanya berupa potongan Rp20.000 jika ditukar, namun kualitasnya kurang layak karena lauk dihinggapi lalat dan pilihan menu sangat terbatas. Terlihat seperti disediakan seadanya saja.

Supir kurang ramah, menurunkan penumpang di tol meski sudah ada surat jalan dan menyalahkan di depan umum pada malam hari. Untungnya kenek bersikap baik. Ke depannya perlu lebih memperhatikan lokasi turun penumpang sesuai surat jalan.

Saya sering menggunakan layanan bus ANS, namun pernah mengalami dua kali insiden di mana bus mengalami masalah di sekitar Tol Terbanggi Besar, Jatimulyo, Jati Agung, Lampung Selatan. Akibatnya perjalanan tertunda cukup lama dan tiba di terminal larut malam.
