Penjemputan agak terlambat mungkin karena macet, dan titik penjemputan di Cilandak hanya halte pinggir jalan sehingga perlu diperhatikan. Namun perjalanan tetap menyenangkan, kru bus ramah dan membantu ketika saya kesulitan mengisi daya ponsel. Pelayanan Agra sangat baik dan perlu dipertahankan.

Mobil yang seharusnya masuk bengkel tetap digunakan sehingga rusak. Penumpang harus menunggu servis sekitar 4 jam ditambah 3 jam menunggu di loket Banyumanik. Pengalaman pertama naik Agra ini sangat mengecewakan dan tidak ingin diulangi.

Biasanya tiba di Cilandak pukul 5.25, namun kemarin baru sampai pukul 5.50 sehingga terlambat. Mohon ketepatan waktu dijaga karena penumpang yang bekerja membutuhkan kepastian waktu.

Bus terasa nyaman dan bersih, pengemudi serta kru mengenakan seragam rapi. Setelah makan malam, kru menanyakan tujuan turun setiap penumpang dan mengingat barang bawaan kami. Hanya saja keberangkatan sedikit terlambat dan bus sering berhenti di pom bensin sehingga tiba tidak sesuai jadwal, namun secara keseluruhan tetap memuaskan.
