Bus terlalu sering berhenti di banyak titik sehingga waktu tiba menjadi terlambat.

Penjemputan terlambat dua jam, toilet bau dan kekurangan air sejak berangkat. Air baru diisi di rest area namun hanya sedikit, sehingga ada yang buang air kecil tidak disiram. Selain itu tidak ada keluhan lain.

Bagi orang dengan tinggi di atas 175 cm dan badan besar, eksekutif class kurang nyaman karena ruang sempit. Kursi formasi 2-2 sebaiknya dihindari, lebih baik memilih formasi 2-1 atau sleeper. Colokan USB di atas penumpang tidak aktif sehingga merepotkan. Selain itu AC cukup, snack dan air menyenangkan, staf lapangan baik, makan di tempat istirahat cukup, kebersihan terjaga. Secara keseluruhan pengalaman baik meski kursi kurang nyaman.

Bus terdapat kecoa kecil dan jadwal keberangkatan molor dari jam 3 sore menjadi jam 6 sore. Saya memilih jam 3 sore agar bisa mengejar waktu dengan perhitungan macet, namun menunggu dua jam tanpa kepastian terasa sangat mengecewakan.
