Kru bus bekerja dengan baik dan proses sebelum keberangkatan berjalan lancar. Namun, kebersihan bus perlu ditingkatkan, terutama di koridor. Selimut sebaiknya dikemas secara pribadi agar lebih higienis. Rute perjalanan melalui Malang–Pasuruan terasa lama karena tidak melewati jalan tol.
