Waktu penjemputan tepat, bus dalam kondisi cukup baik meski bukan baru. Usaha pengemudi dan perusahaan menghindari jalan macet ke arah Ketapang patut dihargai. Namun sebaiknya dibuat sekat antara ruang penumpang dan pengemudi agar kru bisa merokok tanpa mengganggu penumpang. Hal ini menghambat saya memberi penilaian sempurna.
