Bus cukup baik dengan harga tiket terjangkau, penjemputan tepat waktu, kebersihan lumayan meski kenek dan driver tidak bersepatu. Kenek mengarahkan driver dengan baik, inisiatif lewat Alas Gumitir sangat bagus. Penumpang mendapat snack dan makan malam nasi ayam krispi. Tiba di Surabaya subuh karena macet total di pelabuhan Gilimanuk–Ketapang. Sangat direkomendasikan.
