Bus berhenti selama 2,5 jam tanpa informasi, ternyata ada masalah teknis dan diganti dengan bus lain yang bukan tipe sleeper sesuai tiket. Akibatnya tiba 3 jam lebih lambat dari jadwal.

Satu-satunya hal buruk adalah harus menunggu 4 jam karena kapal feri yang membawa bus mengalami keterlambatan. Hal itu sangat tidak menyenangkan, namun kondisi bus sendiri baik.

Kursi dalam kondisi rusak, dudukan hampir lepas, dan sandaran kursi sudah tidak memiliki pembungkus sehingga hanya tersisa besi. Mohon pihak terkait melakukan pengecekan menyeluruh untuk memastikan apakah bus layak beroperasi atau tidak.

Harga tiket murah, namun tidak tersedia colokan untuk charger HP. Bus harus menunggu penumpang lain yang terlambat sehingga tiba di Banyuwangi pukul 02.30 pagi. Sopir terlihat kelelahan.
