Agen di Terminal Pulogebang aktif mengingatkan penumpang. Bus tiba lebih cepat, pengemudi berpengalaman dan mengendarai dengan baik. Bus nyaman, AC dingin, kursi empuk. Kru sebaiknya lebih rajin menjaga kebersihan.

Perjalanan nyaman, hanya saja jadwal pemberian makanan terasa aneh. Sore diberi nasi kotak di Solo, tengah malam makan prasmanan di Situbondo, namun pagi tidak ada nasi kotak.
