It is recommendable to be 1 hour before at the counter to be able to change the e-ticket issued by redBus for that of the bus operator.

cabin atas nama beni gak bgt ngasih info gajelas cuek singkat” ngga informatif, udh dibelakangnya disuruh berenti malah kenceng bgt aneh, 10x pengalaman naik efisiensi baru kali ini sama cabin yg ini ga jelas sangat jelek!!!!!

Staf kabin kurang informatif dan tidak memberikan penjelasan detail. Saat diminta berhenti justru semakin mempercepat laju kendaraan. Sudah sering menggunakan Efisiensi, namun kali ini staf bernama Beni bersikap cuek dan tidak jelas.

Bus datang terlambat dan berjalan lambat. Staf kurang peduli ketika ada penumpang kehilangan headset. Saat ditanya, kernet hanya menyuruh bertanya ke orang lain. Seharusnya kernet lebih peduli dengan mengatakan akan mencoba menanyakan ke rekannya agar terlihat lebih santun.
