Sopir merokok di dalam bus sehingga bau asap sangat mengganggu, apalagi bagi penumpang yang membawa bayi. Penjemputan juga molor hingga 4 jam meski tiket sudah dikonfirmasi, dengan alasan macet.

Pertama kali mencoba bus MT, jujur kurang menyenangkan. Tempat duduk sulit diatur posisinya, air AC menetes terus, agak berbau rokok, dan bus berhenti di jalan karena mengganti ban/mogok sehingga menunggu lebih dari 30 menit di dalam bus. Mohon ditingkatkan lagi.
