Waktu dan lokasi penjemputan tidak jelas, diberikan tiga waktu berbeda dan enam lokasi. Toilet tidak bersih, atap bocor saat hujan sehingga air masuk ke dalam bus. Ban sempat kempes namun tidak ada informasi kepada penumpang. Akhirnya tiba lima jam lebih lambat dari perkiraan.
