Petugas wanita yang mengenakan kacamata bersikap kurang ramah kepada konsumen. Sewaktu kami menanyakan estimasi waktu kedatangan armada, petugas memberikan jawaban dengan nada ketus bahwa bus akan tiba 15 menit lagi, padahal pada kenyataannya kedatangan armada sudah terlambat selama 35 menit. Kami sebenarnya tidak keberatan untuk menunggu, namun tanggapan dari karyawan yang kurang mengenakkan tersebut membuat kami merasa tidak dihargai. Pihak staf dirasa belum mampu menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik dan semestinya, sehingga diharapkan ada perbaikan kualitas pelayanan ke depannya. Terima kasih.
