Perjalanan dari Makassar ke Rantepao memakan waktu 10 jam dengan keberangkatan tepat waktu. Kru tidak bisa berbahasa Inggris, namun tidak menjadi masalah. Sebaiknya ada lebih banyak pemberhentian untuk toilet. Disarankan membawa makanan, air, jaket hangat, dan hand sanitizer. Untuk penumpang tinggi di atas 170 cm, sleeper kurang nyaman karena ruang kaki terbatas. Perjalanan pulang dari Rantepao ke Makassar akhirnya ditempuh dengan pesawat dari Palopo
