Tidak mendapat tiket fisik, kursi rusak, dan AC di bagian belakang tidak dingin. Namun, pelayanan kenek dan sopir ramah, serta tiket sudah termasuk makan sehingga perjalanan panjang sekitar 16 jam tetap terasa baik.
