Bus berangkat tidak sesuai jadwal, sering rusak, berjalan lambat, dan tidak menyediakan colokan listrik di kursi. Kru menaikkan penumpang tambahan meski bus sudah penuh, bahkan ada yang duduk di atas ember bekas cat. Kenyamanan penumpang sama sekali tidak diperhatikan, sangat mengecewakan.
