Perjalanan sangat terlambat dari estimasi, seharusnya tiba pukul 05.00 namun baru sampai pukul 12.00. Keberangkatan juga molor sehingga tiket kapal hangus.

Keberangkatan terlambat 30 menit dan tiba terlambat 3,5 jam. AC meneteskan air ke penumpang sepanjang perjalanan. Berhenti makan pada pukul 04.30 dini hari yang terasa tidak tepat. Akibat keterlambatan, penumpang kehilangan jadwal kapal yang sudah dipesan.

Bus terburuk yang pernah dinaiki di rute Medan-Banda Aceh. Bus sering berhenti sekitar 20 kali untuk menurunkan dan menaikkan penumpang tanpa alasan jelas. Berangkat jam 4 sore namun jam 5 pagi masih di Aceh Tamiang. Bus usang, selimut tidak pernah dicuci, kursi kotor berdebu dan berbau tidak sedap. Tidak ingin naik bus ini lagi.
