Waktu keberangkatan tidak berjalan konsisten dengan apa yang tertera pada aplikasi penjualan, Jadwal mengalami perubahan mendadak dari semula pagi hari menjadi sore hari dan sempat dibatalkan sepihak sebelum akhirnya diberangkatkan pukul lima sore, Perjalanan pun terhambat karena bus berhenti lebih dari sepuluh kali akibat kendala teknis seperti kehabisan bahan bakar dan kerusakan mesin, sehingga armada baru tiba di kota Medan pukul delapan pagi berikutnya dengan kualitas pelayanan yang sangat buruk. Toilet aromanya semerbak kemana2, udah tau ada bayi di dalam mobil dan itu mobil AC tapi orang merokok se enak jidat tanpa tutup pintu ruang merokok nya. AC nya bocor, supir tidak care dengan orang merokok, bahkan supir nya merokok di dalam bus saat istirahat solat subuh. Pokoknya ini perjalanan naik bus paling buruk dari BA ke Medan atau Medan ke BA. Dan satu lagi ada kecoa di bus
