10. The redBus points is valid till 90 days from the date of credit to the redBus registered account of a User, post which such redBus points may lapse and its benefits shall not be available for the User.
11. Offer is not valid for bookings made by travel agents. PT IBIBO GROUP INDONESIA reserves the right to cancel bookings made by travel agents and/or if it suspects the bookings to be fraudulent in nature.
